Contaminants of Emerging Concerns (CECs) are characterized by their environmental persistence, bioaccumulation, and toxicity. These substances are often concealed within ostensibly pristine environments such as "blue skies", "clear waters", and "clean lands", as well as in human workspaces and living areas, making them difficult to detect. They have emerged as a critical challenge to the sustainable development of global ecosystems and the establishment of high-quality environmental health standards. The International Symposium for Persistent, Bioaccumulating, and Toxic Substances, initiated by the International Joint Research Center for Persistent Toxic Substances (IJRC-PTS), is held biennially. To date, six sessions have been successfully organized.
We are delighted to invite you to the 7th International Symposium on Persistent, Bioaccumulating and Toxic Substances (IJRC-PTS 2025), which will take place from July 25th to 27th, 2025, in Xinxiang, Henan Province, China. This symposium is co-hosted by the IJRC-PTS and Henan Normal University. The theme of this year's conference is "Toxicity, Environmental Health, and Risk Management of CECs." We have the honor of welcoming renowned experts and scholars from both within China and abroad to deliver keynote and invited speeches. Participants will engage in extensive and in-depth academic exchanges, fostering a vibrant platform for sharing knowledge and insights. The conference will feature multiple topics and offer various formats for interaction, including plenary sessions, parallel sessions, and poster presentations. We sincerely hope that you will join us for this important event. Your presence will greatly enrich our discussions and contribute to meaningful collaborations. We also extend a warm welcome to business professionals who are interested in participating and exploring opportunities for deeper cooperation.
